When the battery is completely exhausted, it will take around 4 hours to fully charge. The charging light on the back of the waterless diffuser will turn green once it is fully charged.

Yes, absolutely. In fact, we highly encourage it. Once your reed diffuser is finished, all you need to do is wash it out in warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly with water, then you can use it as a small vase for decoration or whatever you please.

Depending on how often you turn the reeds, our 300ml reed diffuser will last for around 3-6 months.

Our reed diffusers work perfectly in rooms that are around 9sqm. Bedrooms and Bathrooms are the perfect space for our reed diffusers

Control the intensity of your signature scented reeds but simply adding or removing the amount of reeds from the bottle. The more reeds you have, the more intense your scent will be.

Yes, they are safe to use. As they do not have an open flame, you can use our reeds in bedrooms, bathrooms, salons, office spaces and more.

• Take the reeds and the bottle out of the box
• Unscrew the rose gold collar from the bottle
• Carefully pull out the plug and dispose the plug in the rubbish bin
• Screw the rose gold collar back onto the bottle
• Take the reeds out of the packaging so they are all separated
• Add the reeds into the diffusers fragrance oil
• After around an hour or so, carefully turn the reeds so that the other end is now in the fragrance oil.
